What we collect on this website
- Information you send us — through the contact form, the brief builder, WhatsApp or email: name, company, email, phone, and whatever you write about your project. We use it to reply, scope and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) needed to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
- Preferences — your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your browser and never sent to us.
How your brief is sent
The contact form and brief builder open WhatsApp on your device with your message prefilled, or your email client; the message is sent by you, through those services, under their own privacy policies. Where we have configured a form endpoint, the same content is also sent to us over an encrypted connection.
What we do with it
Reply to you, prepare a proposal, and — if we work together — deliver and support the project. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run our business (email, hosting, messaging), under contract.
Client data during projects
When we build or run a platform for a client, personal data inside that platform (their customers, leads, guests, users) belongs to the client. We process it only on the client's instructions, protect it with encryption and access controls, and delete or return it at the end of the engagement, as set out in clause 7 of our terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records: for the duration of the engagement and as long as law and accounting rules require afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email [email protected] and a person will answer within 30 days. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to a client's users, the GDPR.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Internal access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

We will update this page when our practices change and note the version at the top.
